Today, Saint-Gobain Singapore Pte Ltd is pleased to announce the successful completion of the acquisition of Core Ingredients Pte Ltd, as initially disclosed on Feb 15th, 2024.

Core Ingredients is a part of Connell Caldic, a leading distribution solutions provider in the Asia-Pacific region. It is a well-established Singapore-based specialty coatings manufacturer specializing in waterproofing, bio-fouling control, temperature management and sound management for the building protection industry.

This strategic move signifies a pivotal step for Saint-Gobain in Singapore, consolidating its position as leader in light and sustainable construction within the Singapore market. Through this acquisition, Saint-Gobain reinforces its portfolio, particularly in specialty coatings, offering a comprehensive suite of solutions and services to better serve the local market.
