Every Gyproc® product or system purchased from Saint‑Gobain Singapore comes with a unique warranty known as SpecSure — our commitment to quality and performance.
This warranty is our promise to you that:
Manufacturing Quality
Gyproc® Products are free from manufacturing defects.
System Performance
The System comprising of the Company's Gyproc Products, if properly installed in accordance with the Company's published instructions, guidance and specifications, will deliver the specified level of performance. The System has been fully evaluated and tested to meet approved fire, acoustic and robust standards as specified in the Company's published literature.

Our Commitment
If any Products or Systems fail to meet with the Warranty, the Company will at its costs, replace the Product or as its discretion, repair the defects in the Products or Systems.
Requirements
The Warranty only applies to Products and Systems installed with genuine Gyproc® components in line with the Company's published instructions, guidance, and specifications. The Company cannot guarantee that the use of other manufacturer's components will meet the required performance and quality standard when installing in the System.
Eligibility
The Warranty is limited to the purchaser who purchased the Products or Systems directly from the Company.
Exclusions
The Company will not be responsible for any defects or damage caused by any workmanship in the process of handling, installation, and maintenance.
The Warranty is further subject to the Conditions of Warranty. The Warranty will cease to apply if any of the Conditions of Warranty is not complied with. Please refer to sales personnel for details of the Conditions of Warranty.
