Description
It can be used in quay crane rail sole plate, heavy load bearing and machine base in corrosive environments.
Key Facts
- All surfaces must be clean, sound and free from any laitance, oil, grease, and any contaminants. All form oil, grease, wax curing compound and contaminations must be removed by using industrial detergent followed by scrubbing.
- Grouting of base plate require formwork, the formwork can be made from plywood or steel or any other suitable material depending on the site requirements. The formwork must be tight and strong enough to withstand the pressure of the grout until cure. Before grouting, the inner surface of the formwork must coat with grease or other realize agents for easy realize of formwork.
